Delivery Time
Orders are normally shipped within 7 business days after payment has been confirmed. Estimated delivery time is approximately 1–2 weeks within Japan and 2–3 weeks for international orders. Delivery may take longer during busy periods or due to weather conditions, shipping delays, customs clearance, or other circumstances.
Returns and Exchanges
We do not accept returns or exchanges for customer convenience, except in cases where an item is defective or damaged. If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. After reviewing the issue, we will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
