All products in our store are made to order.

Orders are normally shipped within 7 business days after the order is confirmed.

Estimated Delivery Times

• Japan: Usually 1–2 weeks from the date of order
• Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia: Usually 2–3 weeks from the date of order

Delivery may take longer during busy periods or due to weather conditions, shipping delays, customs clearance, or other circumstances.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship within Japan and to Hong Kong, Singapore, and Malaysia. More destinations will be added in the future.

Shipping Fees

Shipping costs for deliveries within Japan and to Hong Kong, Singapore, and Malaysia are included in the product price, so no additional shipping fee is charged.

Customs Duties, Import Taxes, VAT/GST, and Other Fees

Depending on the destination country or region, customs duties, import taxes, VAT/GST, or other fees may apply. As a general rule, any such charges are the responsibility of the customer.
